Offers and agreements
Offers and agreements are only available with full ClubGuests membership.
Offers
An offer is your inducement to other club members to visit your club.
There are two types of offer you can make.

Default, or global offer

Custom offer
Default or global offer
This offer applies to every club in your reciprocal network.
Use the Manage club menu for your default offer.
- Default offer means you have a default offer that is current
- No default offer means you have not entered a default offer
- Default offer has expired means you have a default offer that has expired.
Click these links to edit your offer.
Offer expiry date
You cannot enter a date that is earlier than the current date.
Cancelling the offer
Remove the text from the offer field and save the offer. If you get a date error, make sure the date is set to the current date.
Custom offers
These offers are for specific clubs and override your default offer.
Adding a custom offer
You can add an offer when:
- you added a club manually
- you added a club from incoming links
- you select a club from your reciprocal club links list.
Select Links list from the Manage network menu.
Select
from any club in the list.
Offer button
This shows in two states:
- + offer creates a new custom offer
- edit offer - updates an existing custom offer
Click the button to take you to the offer form.
Offer status
- completed means the offer is valid
- suspended means the offer is not available
Offer end date
The offer date must be in the future. Offers with dates in the past do not display.
Email club administrator
You can email the reciprocal club administrator to send details of the offer.
Tip
Keep the choice set to Don't Send until you are happy with the details of your offer. Otherwise the other reciprocal administrator will keep receiving emails as you re-edit your work.
Expired custom offers
The Manage network menu displays a count of any custom offers that have expired.
Select Custom offers from the Manage network menu to mange custom offers.
- set the date in the future if you want to re-instate the offer
- set the offer to 'Suspended' if you want to retain it but remove it from the Expired offers list.
