Accepting, suspending and reporting links

Adding, suspending and reporting links are only available with full ClubGuests membership.

These options are available in many ClubGuests screens, and in emails that the system sends out.

  • reciprocal links list
  • incoming links list
  • suspended links list
  • incoming link email notification

Some of these options are available to ClubGuests non-members.

Use this to add the link to your own reciprocal network. Your club and the other club are listed in each others networks.

Suspend

Use this to suspend the reciprocal link. For example it may be that your reciprocal arrangements are in negotiation and you do not want to have the club listed.

  • When you suspend a link, it is removed from the other club's network.

  • When you suspend a link, it is not possible for the reciprocal club to un-suspend it. The reasoning is that the two clubs concerned will resolve the issue that led to the suspension and the link will be re-instated in the future by the suspending club.

Report

Use this to report the link to ClubGuests. If you think a club is spamming you - adding you as a link when there is NO reciprocal agreement between you - then we will investigate. - When you report a link, it is removed from the other club's network.
